Polished Cleaning Services has been Winnipeg's #DreamCleanTeam since 2009.  Over the years, we have learned from our clients that clean is subjective and an individual comfort.  Polished has taken the process of clean and created an interactive & customizable experience for clients seeking all kinds of cleaning services.  Polished not only provides residential cleans, we also provide Janitorial services, strip and waxing, carpet cleaning and assistance with hoarding cases.

  Polished Cleaning Services strives to train cleaning staff to access and use the same tools and equipment for every task we do to create a seamless experience every time we visit.  Polished believes in giving back to community through volunteerism and citizenship and encourage our staff to get involved.  We provide a living wage with benefits to our #DreamCleanTeam.  We are pet friendly too!

In-Home Consult

Take a 15-20 minutes to meet Krista, our Client Service Concierge.  Show her around, introduce her to your family and pets.  Discuss what you would like when we visit.

Review your estimate

Did we include everything you asked for?  Did you think of anything you want to add?  Request changes and let us know or simply approve the document if you're ready to start.

Our team will get to work creating your customized work-order and booking your initial visit.

Polished Cleaning is a Service-based business who employs real people.

With an active Quality Assurance program in place, we double check our work by doing a team walkthrough and completing a checklist every visit.  We have our Quality assurance team visit from time to time to audit your home and look at your over-all product.  Even then, we can occasionally miss the mark.

When this happens, we want to hear from you.  We use your feedback as a training opportunity and to put measures in place.  If your clean isn't exactly the way you wanted, let us know within 24 hours of your visit and the next visit is on us. 


Sometimes you just can't get back to us within 24 hours.  Were you away on vacation and returned a little later than 24 hours?  We'll work with you on a case by case basis to ensure you're satisfied and happy with our service.
