Yes. We clean 7 days a week, including evenings. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.

No contracts. Recurring cleans are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. To change your frequency or pause service, just call the office.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, our team arrives with everything needed for the scope you booked. We don’t carry step ladders, so please leave one out if you’d like anything above 6 feet cleaned.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as our team can get in. If you give us a key, code or lockbox combination, it’s stored securely and shared only with the team on your booking.
Will I get the same team each time?
We do our best, and most of the time we can, but we can’t guarantee it. Your preferences stay on file and go with whichever team comes to your home.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every Polished cleaner is vetted, bonded, insured and trained through Polished Academy.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours by call, text or email, and we’ll send a team back to make it right at no charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. There’s no fee with more than 71 hours’ notice. Fees apply inside that window, and the Terms list them.
What about my pets?
We love pets. Tell us at booking who lives there and where they’ll be during the clean. Pets who get nervous around strangers or vacuums should be secured.
