Your price is for the clean, not the clock
We don’t sell blocks of time. Your price covers the scope you book, and how long it takes depends on your home and how many cleaners we send.
That’s also why we ask you to skip the sticky note for the team. A job list left on the counter changes a flat-price clean into an hourly one. If you want something added, tell the office at least 48 business hours ahead instead.
What changes the price
Every quote is built from the same few things:
- The size of your home, in square feet
- Its condition, and how recently it was last cleaned
- The type of clean: recurring, deep, move-in or move-out, post-construction, or an Airbnb turnover
- How often we come: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one time
- Your rooms and your chore list, including the rooms to skip
- Any add-ons, such as interior windows, inside the fridge or oven, wall washing, cabinet interiors, blinds or light fixtures
Why recurring cleans cost less per visit
A recurring price assumes your home is being kept up at that frequency, so each visit has less to do. If a visit gets skipped, the next one may take longer and be quoted accordingly. After a pause of more than six weeks, the next visit is treated as a fresh first clean at current rates.
Why a first clean or deep clean costs more
A first visit or deep clean is a full reset, so it takes longer than upkeep. Many clients start with a deep clean, then keep the home up with recurring visits.
What isn’t in the price
A few things are added separately:
- GST, shown as “+ GST” on every price
- Paid parking, if your building has no free spot for the team
- Extra time or labour beyond the scope you booked. We’ll try to reach you before going ahead.
